Greetings,

I am Daniel R Davis and I write… Novels, screenplays, short stories, roleplaying games, I do it all. I also occasionally work special effects for independent film, make movies, and have a penchant for most things artistic.

I’ve been writing fantasy and science fiction for somewhere around 27 years, but I’ve only recently decided to pursue publication. I like to call my years of continual writing practice for the present. Now I just need to finish a novel or three. Though every writer can always learn more (we never stop learning), I’m confident now that I’m ready for the wacky world of the published author.

I write fantasy, science fiction, romance, and horror, in varying sub-genres and cross-genres.

I am married, happily, and we have a wonderful daughter who will probably grow to be smarter than the both of us, and so I have to give her that opportunity to excel by becoming successful enough to help pay for it.

Keep an eye out for my name. I’m sure it’s going to crop up somewhere eventually.
